1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address. This is used to identify your account and associate your data with your organization. We do not collect your name, phone number, or payment information.

Activity Data

STRTrackr stores the property and activity records you create within the app. This includes property names, participant names, activity descriptions, dates, hours logged, and any notes or photos you attach to activity entries.

Photos

If you choose to attach photos to activity log entries, those images are stored securely in our cloud database and are only accessible by users in your organization.

Usage Information

We may collect basic, non-identifying technical information such as app version, device operating system type, and crash reports to help us improve the app. This data is not linked to your identity.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and maintain the STRTrackr service
• Sync your data across devices within your organization
• Respond to your support requests
• Send important service notifications (e.g., policy changes)
• Improve the app based on aggregate usage patterns

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore), a secure cloud database service operated by Google LLC. Data is stored in the United States. Firebase employs industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Access to your organization's data is controlled by your account email. Only users who sign in with an authorized email address associated with your organization can view or modify your records.

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique email address for your account.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We use Google Firebase for database and hosting services. These providers access your data only to provide services to us and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.
• Business transfer: If Odyzzey LLC is acquired or merges with another company, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

5. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can view all your data directly within the STRTrackr app.
• Correction: You can edit or update any record within the app at any time.
• Deletion: You can delete individual records within the app. To request deletion of your entire account and all associated data, contact us at info@strtrackr.com.
• Export: You can export your activity data as a PDF or CSV report from within the app.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your data from our active systems within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days before being permanently deleted.

7. Children's Privacy

STRTrackr is designed for adults managing short-term rental properties. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will notify users via the app or by email. Your continued use of STRTrackr after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
